This is my personal photo site. Using it means you agree to these terms. They're short.

The photos

The photos are mine, and I keep the copyright. If a photo's page shows a license (e.g. a Creative Commons license), you can use that photo as the license allows. Otherwise, ask me first.

A client can download and use the photos in their album as we agreed.

Accounts

An account is for one person. Don't share it, and don't pass on photos it lets you see that aren't public. I decide who can see what, and I can change that or remove an account at any time.

No guarantees

I run this site myself, on my own servers. It's provided as is, with no promise that it will always be up, or always be here. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

What the site stores about you, and how to have it removed, is on the privacy page.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them.
